Prayer for Israel:
My friend Paddy, TJCII Prayer wrote these great prayer points:
- Comfort for every family grieving lost loved ones—Jewish and Arab.
- Wisdom and clarity for Israel’s leaders—military, political, and spiritual.
- Discernment and boldness for the Body of Messiah in Israel, as local believers serve, pray, and carry hope.
- Freedom for the people of Iran, who are oppressed under a regime they did not choose.
- De-escalation across the region, and for the conflict not to spiral further out of control.
- God’s protection over Israel’s skies and borders—that every attempted strike would fail.
- Spiritual breakthrough, that what the enemy meant for destruction, God would use to draw hearts to Himself.
I add these specific prayers:
- New hope for those who have lost loved ones and homes. Many of the Be’ad Chaim mothers are struggling because of damage to their homes and need your prayers. Some mothers have been evacuated to hotels and need to find new places to live and refurnish. Very challenging especially with their limited financial situations.
- Many mothers have not been able to work and lost vital income. We are trying to help where we can.
- Many reserve duty soldiers have been called up and need prayer / their families need prayer / Wives are alone with children.
- Missile sirens are frightening – pray for peace. People have suffered many sleepless nights. Especially difficult for mothers with babies.
- Strength and wisdom for our staff. Protection for our staff and families. Many of us have family in the army or affected by the missiles.
- Wisdom to know how to help the mothers in need around us.
- Freedom for the hostages still held in Gaza and seemingly forgotten in the shadow of the current war with Iran.
- Healing for the sick – particularly toddler David undergoing chemotherapy and “S” who is having a bone marrow transplant today.
