One for Israel: Standing in the Gap for Iran and Israel

07.07.2025 | Online Gathering Recap

In a time of intense conflict and biblical proportions, One for Israel hosted a powerful online gathering featuring Iranian-born believer Ramin Parsa. Now a follower of Yeshua and a resident of Israel, Ramin shared a deeply moving account of God’s work in both Israel and Iran amid war, oppression, and spiritual hunger.

“We’ve seen miracles,” Ramin shared, recounting the miraculous evacuation of a hospital wing moments before a rocket strike. He highlighted how Iranians—oppressed by decades of tyranny—are looking to Israel with admiration, hope, and even love. “They are the most excited,” he said. “They see this as the hour of their freedom.”

From Tehran to Tel Aviv, God is moving. While the Iranian regime intensifies its threats, many Iranian citizens express solidarity with Israel and an openness to the Gospel. Videos from within Iran show citizens celebrating Israeli military actions—not out of vengeance, but in longing for liberation from their own government.

✝️ The Spiritual Shift

Ramin also emphasised the spiritual awakening in Iran. Decades of oppression under radical Islam have created a deep spiritual vacuum. “They tasted Islam and found it bitter. Now they’re searching,” he said. Many Iranians are ready for the Gospel, longing to encounter the God of Israel and the Messiah Yeshua.

He described a future vision: believers from Israel going into a post-regime Iran with aid, compassion, and the Good News. This prophetic reconciliation between Israelis and Iranians is already beginning—fueled by prayer, love, and courage.

The gathering closed with a powerful reminder: God’s covenant with Abraham stands firm. “If God were done with Israel,” Ramin said, “why is Jesus returning to Jerusalem?” God has not forgotten His people—and He has not forgotten Iran.

In the spirit of Esther 8, just as the Jews were given the right to defend themselves, today Israel stands under that same covenantal authority. And through all of this, God’s love is reaching across borders to restore, redeem, and reconcile.
